Pick and Place systems

Pick and places are pieces of equipment that pickup a product and place them in another location. Usually done for a quick transfer from one path to another.

Tapler System

This system Applies double sided tape to all 4 sides of mirror glass. The end user can then peel off the back of the tape and easily stick the mirror to the wall.

High speed Pick and Place

This system was Specifically designed to pickup 3mm scored glass with out breaking it. Typically if glass is this thin and scored it is difficult to pick it up by hand without breaking it.

Custom Conveyors

Our company produces equipment for the Steel industry. Coming from this background our conveyors tend to be very rugged and built very well. Our conveyors are designed to handle some abuse.

Assembly Stations for Glass

Assembling pieces of glass with a vacuum lifter can be very time consuming and operator demanding. We offer custom assembly stations to fit customer's needs.

Butterfly Assembly system

System was custom designed to fit customer's specifications. The assembly system combined two pieces of glass with a super spacer between glass.

Low-E Assembly Station

System was designed to assemble two pieces of jumbo glass without touching the Low-E coating on the inside of glass.

Pick and Place Assembly

This is an assembly station for PVB glass. It was custom designed to fit within the customer's existing clean room. System positions bottom piece of glass and operators lay on the PVB. After system preforms the assembly, operators are free to trim excess PVB before going into the Tac Oven.

Custom Carts

Sometimes, Our clients want something very simple but done well. A simple item such as a glass cart can be built to be rugged and withstand high temperatures. Or carts can be made to go into a specific place for a specific use. Here are a few pictures of some carts we have made.
